The travel insurance policy covers accidents to the Insured and losses arising from a journey whether by air, sea or land.

Coverage

The type of coverage that is normally provided under Travel policy include:

Exclusions

Losses caused by certain events are excluded from the cover.

  • War risks
  • Suicide and insanity
  • AIDS
  • Provoke murder or assault
  • Childbirth or miscarriage
  • Hazardous sports
  • Baggage delay and loss of baggage and personal effects due to seizure or destruction under quarantine or custom regulation.
